"Attitude makes all the difference" (1:18)
I really do understand how frustrating it can be.
It's time to start being realistic.
It's time to stop buying believing all the hype, and start
believing in yourself.
STOP comparing yourself to the perfect bodies depicted in the media. If you were not born with superior genetics, then whatever worked for them, probably won't work for you. The whole key is to be realistic with your reflection and learn to enjoy the process. Only then can you start getting the results you deserve.

Personal instruction to ensure maximum results in the shortest amount of time.
I know exactly how most people feel. As a child, I was subject to constant ridicule, for my extremly narrow shoulders and very wide hips (see below). In fact, many people told me that trying to build any sort of physique would be impossible.
My search for answers began with the ads in the back of comic books, and turned into a life-long quest for the secrets to building a superior, "natural" physique. For over 35 years, I have carefully researched and experimented with virtually every exercise method imaginable, from the traditional to the bizarre. What finally worked was a mixture of illusion, and unconventional techniques. The answers for each individual will be different, but in most cases they are simple, logical and far from what everybody is telling you.
As a personal trainer , there are will be no conversational distractions, no interrupting cellphone calls and no wasted time. My main focus centers 100% on helping each client achieve maximum results in the shortest time possible, because THAT IS the job description. Naturally, FGP is my weapon of choice, however, incorporating other techniques is not uncommon, if they are beneficial to the client. Unlike most, I only train clients with a pre-set ending date. My job is to give each client the confidence and the skills they need, to continue training on their own. It's about results, not dependency.
Bringing high energy and fun back into physical development!
"Trust me, if I can do it, then so can you"
In the fitness world, whatever you have been doing, has gotten you to this point. Continuing the same routines will not produce better results, only stagnation and eventually frustration. To follow the same course, is demonstrating a primitive thought process. In many respects, this can describe far more than just fitness.
Einstein said it best: "insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, and expecting different results."
"Killing the Caveman" is a term, which basically means to stop repeating the past and concentrate on the future. In order to improve, one must advance. If guidance is required, then advice must be sought from proven techniques and not recycled hype.
