OPTION ONE: 6-12 weeks. Traditional Personal Training (no FGP). 125.00 per session.
This option is designed for the individual who desires a more traditional workout routine, without incorporating the intensity of FGP techniques. It begins with an in-depth consultation to formulate goals and realistic expectations, which is followed by a physical training evaluation. If everything checks out, the training begins. Training sessions last one hour and are performed 4 times a week at the clients gym (pending approval). As with other options, this option is only for 6 or 12 weeks (depending on which length the client desires). Upon completion, the client should possess the skills needed to continue training independently. Isn't that how it should be?
OPTION TWO: 1 week. FGP training techniques and fundamentals. 1200.00
This begins with a private, in-depth consultation and physical training evaluation, followed by three consecutive FGP fundamentals training sessions (each separated by one day and encompassing the appropriate bodyparts). Myself (or a qualified FGP trainer) will personally guide you through the proper form, training techniques and overall philosophy of the FGP system at your gym or fitness center (pending approval). Must already possess intermediate level training experience. Basic FGP certificate awarded upon completion.
OPTION THREE: 15 weeks. Intermediate through advanced FGP training. (email for fees).
This is the comprehensive package, designed for the client who is seeking the entire FGP training experience. This begins with one day of consultation and physical training evaluation. It then commences to three weeks of traditional training (4 days a week), which has been strategically designed to prepare the body and mind for the Advanced FGP routines (3 days a week) that follow. These training sessions are conducted at the clients gym or fitness center (pending approval). Special focus on developing intensity levels, proper form and function. A strict scheduling obligation is mandatory. Advanced FGP Training certificate is awarded upon completion.
OPTION FOUR: 12 weeks. Advanced FGP training course (email for fees)
This begins with an in-depth consultation and physical workout evaluation. If accepted, the client is then carefully guided through the Advanced FGP workouts. These are conducted three times a week, until the 12 week course is complete. Myself (or a qualified FGP trainer) will personally supervise all aspects and implementation of the FGP techniques. Client must already be on the intermediate or advanced level of physical development and possess a well-rounded knowledge of resistance training principles. This package is designed to take the serious individual through the Advanced FGP routines for the entire 12 week course at the clients gym or fitness center (pending approval). Keep in mind that the trainer will expect nothing less than 100% effort. Strict scheduling obligation is mandatory. Advanced FGP Training certificate is awarded upon completion.
"It isn't difficult to look around any fitness establishment and notice that there is a growing percentage of personal trainers who don't seem to comprehend their own job description. Virtues such as respect and integrity have been replaced with a sense of arrogance and entitlement. Close to 90% of personal trainers (certified or not), act as if they were at a coffee shop. They engage in lengthily outside conversations or actually accept cell phone calls in the middle of their clients session. I have personally witnessed trainers who make their clients workout to the point of nausea, while others try to create a sense of dependency from the client (usually to secure more training sessions). These patterns of behavior should NEVER be acceptable!
Big muscles, buzzwords, trendy routines, colorful personalities and dazzling decals on a vehicle don't mean anything, unless the client is satisfied with what they are getting in return for their money. When it comes to trainers, that means RESULTS.
If you are really interested about hiring a personal trainer, than I would strongly advise you to take some time and find one that is right for you. There are some excellent trainers out there, who are honest, respectful, and very good at what they do. Find one that is realistic with your expectations, fits your personality, and understands your goals. An important thing to keep in mind is that a good trainer best serves a client by helping them become independent.
Remember, it's called a workout, not an easy-out, but that doesn't mean you can't enjoy the process." -Robert McRay-

INTERESTED IN BECOMING AN FGP TRAINER?
As the value and effectivness of this particular technique spreads, the need for individuals who can properly administer it becomes obvious. Performing FGP training correctly is one thing. Being able to teach the technique with proper form and function is something completely different. An FGP trainer is not only proficient with instruction, but also carries the overall FGP philosophy of respect for the client. To be considered, each candidate must possess a very good understanding of all FGP training techniques, and fully accept the code of conduct. The process involves a written test, and a hands-on, practical training evaluation. Once accomplished, the candidate must then be "voted in" by the current FGP trainer database. This enables a client, seeking FGP training, the reassurance that their trainer is well-versed in all aspects of this specific technique. Each trainer completing the course recieves the Advanced FGP Trainer certificate and is placed into the database for future authentication and voting privileges. (email for additional information).

A client comes to me for many reasons. They may be just starting their journey and need some guidance. They may have had a bad experience or poor results with previous trainers. They may be frustrated with lack of progress in their routines, or they may be seeking advanced techniques to initiate additional improvements. Whatever the reason, I do my best to let the client know they are in good hands.
1) I expect my clients to show up on time and do what is required to bring about the changes they desire.
2) They are expected to leave all personal problems at the door, so they can focus 100% on the task at hand.
3) I expect the very best from my clients, because that is what they are getting from me.
4) I expect my clients to listen, learn and be fully prepared to enjoy the experience of transforming their appearance.
5) I expect each client to trust me, as I take them on adventures outside their comfort zone.
6) I expect honesty from my clients. We are entering an agreement and I expect every client to hold up their end of the bargain, even during the time spent between each session. This is crucial to the overall transformation.
7) I expect punctuality and a firm commitment. We will both be fighting on the same front line of creating a better you. Once beginning the adventure, there is no stopping until we cross the finish line together.
8) Whatever you have been doing, got you to where you are, so changes have to be made. Trust me when I say you are capable of far more than you ever thought possible, and you are about to experience that for yourself.
It doesn't matter if you are overweight, pencil thin or completely average. If you are happy with the way you appear to yourself and others, then I am very happy for you. However, if you look in a mirror and possess the desire to change what you see, then you need to stop procrastinating and begin the process sooner, rather than later. No more excuses (and trust me, I have heard them all).
1) I will basically take care of everything the client will need, so they can concentrate on what they need to do. I supply the towel, the water, and the know-how. I will adjust all plates and set all weights so the client can focus. Yes, there is time to joke around a bit (which I believe is mandatory), but this is only done between sets, and never beyond the time limit. There is a time for work and a time for play. I will show you how you can have both and really enjoy the experience.
2) I believe in honesty because truth is something that has foundation and will always be respected.
3) I don't believe in negative reinforcement, so if you are looking for someone to get in your face and call you names, please consider looking elsewhere for a trainer. I deal in positive results, and enjoyment is crucial to my style of training.
4) My job is to transform the way you look, change the way you feel about yourself and give you the skills to maintain your results independently. This includes not just working out, but also incorporates many tricks in presenting yourself for maximum benefit. Posture, sedentary behaviors and attitude are all part of the overall package.
5) I am not your babysitter, or your therapist. My job is to formulate ways to reach your objective in the shortest time possible. My time is limited, so I choose my clients very carefully.
